Black pepper, eucalyptus, rosemary and lemon essential oils — to which I’ve added a generous dollop of menthol crystals and arnica oil. It’ll clear your sinuses too!

Kyphi — once an ancient Egyptian sacred incense, now a spicy-sweet bath oil, redolent of hot sand and scorching sun. One of my most popular scents.

I’ve blended the classic resins — frankincense and myrrh — with cinnamon, and added a touch of spearmint to brighten the scent. It’d also make a great sensual massage oil.

A hearty blend of moisturizing oils (grapeseed, rice bran, and castor), along with nourishing shea butter — rich enough to stand up to a hot bath, but light enough to use as a massage oil as well. Simply pour a tablespoonful or so into a hot bath, and climb on in! You won’t believe how soft your skin will be.
