Kitty Play Date

How often do you manage a play date for your cat? Most cats don’t like travelling, don’t like new situations, and extra-specially don’t like cats they don’t already know.

Now, I’ve got Loiosh and he’s not like the other cats. He loves new stuff and I knew he’d love someone new to play with, but every cat I introduced him to hissed at him and was all cranky. So what to do?

Enter Barneee (with varying numbers of eees). Barnee is my friend Zoraya’s cat, and when he showed up at her door, she decided she was going to have her very own Loiosh. And she’s succeeded — Barneee loves travelling, loves going new places, loves meeting new people. And really, really likes meeting new cats.

This is Barnee. Momma says he’s really pretty. I’m pretty too!

He really wasn’t sure about me at first.

But then I guess he decided I was okay.

And then we started to play!

It was so much fun! I haven’t played so much since I was a kitten.

And now we’re bestest friends!
