Inspired by Firefly and by my aching fingers, you’ll find this a wonderfully soothing liniment for your knees, ankles, knuckles and anything else you might have damaged. From sprains and strains to arthritis, this’ll do the job.
Black pepper, eucalyptus, rosemary and lemon essential oils — to which I’ve added a generous dollop of menthol crystals and arnica oil. It’ll clear your sinuses too!
It’s all in a base of skin-soothing, moisturizing grapeseed oil, with vitamin E oil as a natural preservative.
It’s all handmade, and it’s all natural. Always.
NOT TO BE USED INTERNALLY. OR IN THE BATH.
